Appointments:
All appointments are scheduled over the phone (619.460.6900) or in person. Please call our office to schedule a convenient time. Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Insurance:
Our office is dedicated to providing you with the highest level of individualized care possible. For that reason we are not contracted to any specific insurance plan, as that would force us to place their interests over our concerns and responsibilities for you. If your dental insurance plan does not restrict your freedom to choose your dentist, it should be usable in our office. Should you have any questions regarding your specific insurance plan, please call our office to speak with a member of our staff.
As a benefit to you, our office will be pleased to prepare your dental insurance forms to optimize your dental insurance benefits. A "Pre-Estimation of Benefits" can be prepared for you prior to beginning any needed dental care enabling you to know what your dental insurance benefit will be.
Dental insurance is not like medical insurance. Dental insurance programs are bound by annual maximums that are, interestingly enough, unchanged from those put in place when insurance plans began some 50 years ago. Nevertheless, we have the experience and knowledge to help you use your dental insurance benefits to their maximum.
